2022年秋季工作坊

WE’RE SORRY—K-3 SWIM LESSONS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED BY PORTLAND RECREATION DUE TO STAFFING ISSUES. Students in grades K-3 will join Red Cross swim instructors for lessons at the Reiche community pool. 在学校下课, student swimmers will be picked up from the 较低的学校 and brought to the swim lessons at Reiche School, 距离Waynflete几个街区(布兰克特街166号). In good weather, Waynflete enrichment staff will walk with student swimmers to Reiche. We recommend participants in the intermediate class bring some experience with a musical instrument and/or familiarity with sound/beat-making tools available through platforms such as GarageBand.

All sessions will focus on knowledge and skill development to practice and apply content in practice debate rounds. Find your voice in this low pressure, supportive class environment—no experience necessary! Since 中学 debate students must be supervised following noon dismissal, they should join the MS Hive for lunch and remain in the 课外的 program until Debate Club begins at 2:15 p.m.

The Robotics Team will build and program EV3 Lego robots to accomplish specific engineering challenges. Robots will compete in robot track meet 事件 such as Fastest Robot, Slope Climber, and Bridge.
